Lillian is particularly drawn to illustration and design, which she has been pursuing throughout her academic and professional career. She initially studied Studio Art and Graphic Design at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where she honed her skills and developed her artistic voice. After completing her associates, Lillian strongly desired to gain more hands-on experience in the industry, which led her to pursue Graphic Design at Metropolitan Community College-Penn Valley.

In the summer of 2023, Lillian brought her artistic mastery to the team, contributing to the rebranding and modernization of the Northeast News. Today, Lillian is a Creative Director and Designer at the Northeast News.
